- Online Credit card payment is required at the time of
booking to guarantee your appointment.
Accepts major credit and debit cards.
- I recommend you prepare yourself 15 minutes before
your appointment to
allow time to change and relax
into the treatment. Rushed or late arrival will reduce
full -length treatment time.
- Lateness for a Treatment will incur full price payment
for shortened Massage session.
Cancellations & Return Policy
- As a courtesy, kindly give me 24
hours notice to
cancel or reschedule your appointment, or you
will be charged for the time reserved.
Booking Advice & Guidelines
- 50% cancellation fee will be deducted if less than 24 hours notice are given
Google Checkout refunds will state less 50%. - Regrettably a 100% Cancellation fee is applicable if you give
me less than 1 hour notice or do not attend your appointment.
I apologize for the inconvenience of this strict policy. - Regrettably, late arrival or attendance to the Massage Treatment will constitute in reduced treatment time.
- Behaviour believed inappropriate will result in the treatment being terminated immediately with 100% charge.
- in order to maintain a peaceful treatment session, I ask that mobile phones be turned off during the treatment.
- Alcohol should not be consumed prior to treatments.
- Massage Therapies are available in Courses of:
3 x (60min) - 5 x (60min) packages and Gift Vouchers at Discounted Fees (Upon request and memberships offers).
The packages are purchased in advance. - Special concession prices available upon request.
